MS Exchange Like service on your domain (minimum 25 users)
Corporate service is meant for companies with at least 25 mail users. The service in this case is offered @yourdomain.tld and is a full blown MS Exchange Alternative service including groupware/collaboration/sharing functionalities which you can access right from your Outlook just as you would on Native Outlook+ Ms Exchange Setup. Our service is MS Exchange Alternative on LINUX and comes at a minimum of 60% cheaper than comparable MS Exchange based service.   • WEB Based Admin:
    • Web based admin console to setup accounts, user quota, account classes and groups.

  • @yourdomain.tld:
    • All users are @yourdomain.tld so the email address retains the corporate identity. If you do not have a domain we provide domain registration at additional charges.

  • Global Address Book:
    • Of all users/email accounts on Domain. Administrator can also configure which email address should not be visible in Public Address Book. So maintain all your vendors/clients in central public address book and users are automatically available on Domain Contact book both of which are automatically available also on Outlook through the Outlook Connector that we provide free which has to be installed and configured on your local installation of Outlook.

  • postmaster account:
    • For managing public folders as only postmaster has the access rights to manage and assign sharing permissions to public folders. Check Documentation about postmaster functions.

  • Public Folders:
    • Public Contact, Mail and Calendar Folders which can only be managed by domain postmaster.

  • Groupware/Sharing Functionality:
    • This allows users on your domain to share their mail/contact/tasks folders with other users on your domain. Sharing rights can be controlled both from Outlook and also WEB Interface. There is also sharing access level control (Access Rights) which can be defined right from Outlook as you would do on MS Exchanged absed service. Then the other user whohas been granted access rights can open your folders on his Outlook/Web interface and if your devide supports then also on the handheld smartphone/cell phone/PDA.

  • Message Deduplication Advantage:
    • The storage containers are based on UltraStorage technology where if a mail message has multiple recipients on your domain then only one copy of message is stored and all recipients get linked to the message. Each recipient can do whatever he wants with the message without affecting other recipients of same message.

  • Shared Folders Also Cached:
    • By default the shared folders are also cached which means that even if you are offline you still have access to data of shared folders along with your own folders. This is something ahead of MS Exchange as there by default the shared folders are not cached.
