  • How do i install and configre Outlook Connector?
    • Please download following documentation with respect to connector:

    MAPI Connecor Use & Optimization. Sharing and Collaboration part can be ignored as same is only available on custom domains/corporate accounts as that requires publishing all users email address which we cannot do on public service like go4medicare.com due to Privacy Policy.

  • What versions of OS and Outlook are supported for Connector?

  • How do i know my/our account renewal date?
    • You can check your package renewal dates in your custom account on the billing system where your account is handled. All invoing and payment details are always available onine centrally for all our services.

  • How and where from can we buy AStraSync client for Blackberry?
    • Cost of AstraSync client for Blackberry is US $49.00/annum. You can order it through us or buy directly from vendor's site.

  • How do we pay in INR?
    • Please Contact Us for details and we shall setup your customer account on INR Billing system where you can pay by banker's check or through NEFT transfers.

  • Can you provide email addresses of doctors who are using the service?
    • Sorry we cannot do that as this is against our Corporate Privacy Policy. We do not rent or disclose any information about subscribers or clients who are with us.

  • Can you provide Free Trial?
    • Yes we can provide free trial only for Corporate Service on live domain provided you have 200+ users. Anything below that we do not provide any free trials. Providing Free Trails otherwise is not possibe. You can request us for Monthly billing if you would not want long term commitment.
