The Zero-Risk Franchisee Pilot Program is a short-term evaluation initiative designed to help prospective franchisees experience the business model before making a full franchise commitment. The pilot typically runs for 15–30 days (variable) and allows franchisees to validate patient engagement, lead conversion, and operational processes without immediately investing the full security deposit.
During the pilot period, the franchisee is expected to identify and refer 20 to 50 potential patients who may have metabolic health concerns. The franchisee reviews patient reports, educates patients about metabolic health reversal opportunities, and encourages them to participate in a paid Discovery Call.
Once a qualified referral is received, the company's Metabolic Coaches conduct an in-depth Discovery Call, analyze health reports, explain metabolic health markers, and recommend suitable treatment plans. A referral is considered a successful closure when the patient enrolls in and pays for a treatment program.
No cash commissions or revenue sharing are paid during the pilot phase. Instead, for every successful patient enrollment, the franchisee earns a credit of ₹2,500, which is adjusted against the franchise security deposit.
At the end of the pilot period, the franchisee may choose to proceed with a full franchise agreement. In such cases, the accumulated pilot credits are deducted from the security deposit payable. If the franchisee decides not to continue, the pilot concludes automatically and any accumulated credits lapse without further financial obligations for either party.
