END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "End User," "Patient," "Healthcare Professional," "Franchise Applicant," "Franchisee," "Visitor," or "You") and Go4Medicare.com, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, successors, and assigns ("Go4Medicare," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering with, or using Go4Medicare.com, any associated websites, software, applications, portals, dashboards, telemedicine systems, franchise management systems, digital health platforms, patient engagement tools, or related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

  1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Go4Medicare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal, professional, healthcare, business, franchise, educational, or administrative purposes as permitted by Go4Medicare.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

  1. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

The Platform, including but not limited to:

• Software
• Applications
• Databases
• Clinical workflows
• Treatment methodologies
• Business models
• Franchise systems
• Designs
• Logos
• Trademarks
• Service marks
• Content
• Graphics
• Source code
• Documentation

remain the exclusive property of Go4Medicare and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  1. PERMITTED USE

Users may:

• Access healthcare information
• Participate in telemedicine consultations
• Submit franchise inquiries
• Utilize authorized patient services
• Access approved healthcare programs
• Use approved business and franchise resources
• Engage with digital healthcare tools made available by Go4Medicare

All use must comply with applicable laws and this Agreement.

  1. RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Copy proprietary systems
• Republish Platform content without authorization
• Modify software components
• Circumvent security controls
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated scraping tools
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Misrepresent your identity
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Reproduce franchise systems without authorization

Any such activity may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action.

  1. HEALTHCARE SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Go4Medicare may facilitate healthcare-related services, telemedicine consultations, metabolic therapy programs, educational resources, and wellness guidance.

The Platform itself does not guarantee:

• Diagnosis
• Treatment outcomes
• Cure of any medical condition
• Weight loss results
• Diabetes reversal
• Clinical improvement
• Medical success

Healthcare decisions should always be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

  1. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP

Except where explicitly established through a licensed healthcare consultation, use of the Platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship between users and Go4Medicare.

The Platform may act as a facilitator connecting users with healthcare providers.

  1. TELEMEDICINE SERVICES

Users acknowledge that telemedicine services involve inherent limitations and risks including:

• Technology failures
• Connectivity issues
• Data transmission interruptions
• Incomplete information exchange
• Delayed communications

Go4Medicare shall not be liable for losses resulting from such limitations.

  1. FRANCHISE INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

Information relating to franchise opportunities, business models, return on investment (ROI), revenue projections, business performance indicators, market opportunities, or earnings potential is provided for informational purposes only.

Actual business performance may vary significantly depending upon:

• Market conditions
• Management practices
• Location
• Competition
• Regulatory requirements
• Economic factors

Go4Medicare does not guarantee any specific income, profitability, revenue, or return on investment.

  1. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Users may submit:

• Reviews
• Comments
• Medical information
• Business information
• Applications
• Feedback
• Suggestions

By submitting such content, users grant Go4Medicare a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for lawful business purposes.

  1. DATA AND RECORDS

Go4Medicare may maintain records relating to:

• User registrations
• Consultations
• Communications
• Franchise applications
• Transactions
• System activity

Such records may be retained in accordance with operational, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

  1. SOFTWARE UPDATES

Go4Medicare may:

• Modify features
• Update software
• Add functionalities
• Remove functionalities
• Suspend services
• Replace systems

at any time without prior notice.

Users acknowledge that continued operation of the Platform may require mandatory updates.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with:

• Diagnostic laboratories
• Healthcare providers
• Communication services
• Technology providers
• External software systems

Go4Medicare does not control such third-party services and assumes no responsibility for their actions, availability, performance, or content.

  1. SECURITY

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality
• Securing account credentials
• Monitoring account activity
• Reporting unauthorized access

Users remain responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go4Medicare disclaims all warranties including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Security
• Performance

No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Medicare, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants, franchise partners, healthcare professionals, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Direct damages
• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages
• Business losses
• Revenue losses
• Data losses
• Medical outcomes
• Franchise losses

arising from or related to use of the Platform.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go4Medicare and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of applicable laws
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of healthcare services
• Misuse of franchise information

  1. TERMINATION

Go4Medicare may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

Go4Medicare reserves the right to amend, revise, replace, supplement, or modify this EULA at any time without prior notice, individual communication, or separate intimation.

The latest version published on the Platform shall supersede all previous versions.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised EULA.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction determined by Go4Medicare's principal place of business.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Go4Medicare regarding use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
